Mississippi State Sales Tax:
Mississippi, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to all customers residing in Mississippi.
To customers residing in states other than Mississippi, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a “use” tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of AAO Manufacturing to charge or collect this “use” tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your state directly.
Overseas order shipping must be discussed prior to placing an order. The export of most of our products is regulated by the US State Department and they are required to approve any orders prior to shipping. Shipping will occur via a common freight forwarding company or broker, and it is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Handling
All — AAO MFG products are shipped F.O.B. from Lucedale, MS via UPS or common freight carrier, and are subject to applicable shipping terms and charges.
AAO MFG does maintain a freight policy for warehouse distribution based on a minimum order qualification.

Product Warranty:
Your satisfaction is our primary goal - none of the AAO MFG products include a product warranty.
All parts and services offered by AAO Manufacturing have undergone evaluation to insure the highest level of quality and performance.
However, MOST of our products are DIY (Do It Yourself) products - DIY products do not carry a warranty.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 7 business days of receipt.
On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $20.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered item which must be returned fully intact with the original packaging via common carrier that provides package tracking.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately.
Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.
Product Return / Service Information
Parts purchased from AAO MFG that are not manufactured by AAO MFG are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty and are not covered under the Damaged or Defective Items clause above –> contact the manufacture directly.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Note: We DO NOT ACCEPT USED PRODUCT returns. On DIY products, we DO NOT ACCEPT product returns.
If the return is a RESULT of our ERROR: We will pay the return shipping costs (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please call us at 601-514-0660 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All returns should be sent freight pre-paid and should include; Proof of Purchase and a letter that contains a clear explanation of the product issue, your contact information and the Return Authorization Number.
The Return Authorization Number should also be clearly written on the outside of the box.
AAO MFG is not liable for any and all consequential damages arising from the breach of any implied or written warranty in regards to the sale of this product, in excess of the purchase price.

How to Place an Order:
US retail orders for AAO MFG products can be made online: AAOMFG.com or by calling us factory direct at (601) 514-0660. For all international orders please call us directly to place your order.
AAO MFG products can also be purchased through our network of warehouse distributors & dealers.
Order Cancellations:
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing your payment information.
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.
• Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact customer service by e-mail or telephone for a recommendation.

Some orders may require a credit card authorization form to be completed and returned.
Secure Shopping:
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. Our website uses a secure socket for every transaction that you make with AAO Manufacturing. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with AAO Manufacturing you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
